About our product delivery

All fashion brands on Icephorm are independent sellers. When you buy a product from Icephorm you buy it directly from each independent seller. This means that the seller delivers the product directly to you with no middleman or business in between. If you buy from multiple different sellers, you may receive separate packages from each seller.

Shipping fees and delivery times 

As each fashion brand operates as an independent seller on Icephorm, they will send orders based on their own shipping fees and delivery times. Therefore, the shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the seller.

If you buy from one Icephorm seller in your order you will pay one shipping fee. However, if you buy from multiple sellers in the same order you may need to pay multiple shipping fees depending on the seller’s shipping guidelines for each individual order.

How do I check that status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by going to Account Manager and then selecting Orders on the left-hand panel. Find the order you want to check the status for and click on the Shipping button for further information. At the bottom of the page you will see further tracking information if applicable.

Can I return my Icephorm collection orders?

Should you wish to return an item, first check if you are within the time period specified by the seller to return the item and that the item is in a new and unused condition. The return timescale for each item can found on the product page under the Returns Section.

If you are within the time period specified by the seller, go to the Account Manager/Orders section click on the ‘paid’ tab and find the item you wish to return. Click on the Returns button. You will then get to the Returns & Refunds page. Select the item(s) that you wish to return and Click on the Request a Return button. Once the seller receives your returns request, you will receive an email telling you how to return the item. Once they receive the return they will refund your order.

Refunds can be viewed clicking on the Orders tab on the left-hand side menu on your Account Manager page. Once there you can either search through your orders manually or filter your orders by refunds by selecting the ‘sort’ drop down button on the left of the page. You will also receive an email from us once the seller has refunded your item.

When returning an item outside of your country, you MUST ensure that the customs label is clearly marked as "returned goods" and, unless the seller requests otherwise, the same shipping handler is used to return the item as originally used by the seller. Wording such as "Return to Seller – unwanted item" should be added to the packet.

Can I return my Icephorm Pre-Loved orders?

Some sellers may be happy to refund their auction and/or Buy Now items. Please check the seller's Returns Policy before sending the item back. You can view the Returns Policy on the product page under Returns. If the seller has enabled returns, follow the same process as above.
