When you win an auction on Icephorm, it is considered a contract and you're obliged to pay for the item. However, if you feel that you have a legitimate reason for not buying the item, you can contact the seller and explain your situation.
You can contact the seller through the listing in the Orders Page. Alternatively, you can click on the Remove Item link on your My Bag page which will have a link to contact the seller.
If the seller doesn't agree to cancel the transaction and you don't pay for the item, an unpaid item will stay in your My Bag page. If you get too many unpaid items recorded on your account, your account may be suspended.
