Some Pre-Loved sellers on Icephorm will accept returns. You can check this in the seller's Returns section on the Product Page.
If the seller is happy for you to return the item and youare within the time period specified by the seller, go to the Account Manager/Orders section and find the item you wish to return. Click on the Refunds button. You will then get to the Returns & Refunds page. Select the item(s) that you wish to return and Click on the Request a Return button. Once the seller receives your returns request, you will receive an email telling you how to return the item. Once they have received the return they will refund your order.
When returning a cross border purchase, it is important to carefully follow the seller’s return instructions as not doing so may result in the seller being unable to recover the duty. This could result in them only partially refunding the item.
