The user who bid first will win the item and the other user will be sent a message saying, ‘you’ve been outbid’. This is because we operate a ‘first come first served’ system. So, although they may have bid the same price as the winning bid, the ‘winner’ placed their bid before the other user and therefore becomes the winner.
