The buyers can contact you in different ways. If they want to contact you before making a purchase, they can either contact you through the item page by clicking the Contact Seller link or your shop page via the Contact link. If they have already purchased an item, they can contact you by going to the Orders page, finding the item they bought and clicking the Contact Seller button.
