#Q#What is Icephorm?
Icephorm is an online marketplace that unites independent sellers and buyers from all over the world. This gives Icephorm members access to unique and exclusive labels from outside their countries, from women and children's clothing and shoes to gifts and home décor. The items listed in Icephorm are all brand new, whilst the Pre-Loved Collection invites sellers to list their new or used items to buyers worldwide. Allowing older, yet still perfectly functional items to find new loving homes.
#Q#How is Icephorm different from a regular online retailer?
Icephorm is a marketplace made up of individual sellers who maintain their own item listings. This allows Icephorm to offer a wide range of popular and unique labels that are in high demand.
#Q#Do I Need to Register?
You can browse items on the site without registering but if you wish to make a purchase you will need to either register or use our guest account. Please note that the guest account can only be used for fixed price items (i.e. not auction items).
#Q#How do I Register?
To register, click on the ‘Sign In/Register’ link on the top left-hand corner of the Icephorm home page. Once you have clicked on the link, two types of Register option will appear underneath the sign in banner; ‘Create an Account’ and ‘Create a Business Account’. If you wish to register as a buyer who may want to sell their Pre-Loved items, please click on ‘Create an Account’. However, if you are a business and wish to sell on Icephorm, please select ‘Create a Business Account’.
#Q# How do I Register for a Business Account Trial?
If you wish to trial Icephorm’s site for 90 days, click on the Sign In/Register on the top left hand corner on the Icephorm home page. Then click on the create a business account link. Select the Register for Trial button and fill in your details, including your personal, business and contact details followed by username and password and then start your free trial.
The trial will give you Free access to all of our features for 90 days (excluding Icephorm Promotions) and 1000 free listings per month. Please note that commission applies at our standard rates to any items that you sell. You may list more than 1000 listings per month, but you will need to pay a listing charge for each subsequent listing.
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email from us with a link to confirm your registration details.
#Q#What is a Guest Account?
If you have not registered as a personal user, you can use Icephorm as a guest to purchase items. Once you find the item that you want to purchase, click the Add to Bag button on the item page. If a pop up appears, click ‘continue as guest’. Next, go to My Bag, where the item will now appear. You can purchase the item using Stripe checkout and if you wish, you may create an account with Icephorm afterwards.
Please note that buyers do not always have the option to Guest Checkout, such as where Stripe decide that the payment is likely to be fraudulent. Stripe determine where a payment is high risk and will block attempted payments by default.
#Q#I have forgotten my Password, how do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, please go to the Sign In page and click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link and click on the Reset Password button. We will then email you a new temporary password.
#Q#Can I Change my Password?
You can change your password by going to the Account Manager page. Click on Account Settings on the left-hand panel and then click on the Change Password tab.
#Q#Locked out of my account, how do I unlock it?
If a password is entered incorrectly three times you will get a message saying: ‘For security reasons your account has been locked’. We will reset your password and send you an email to your registered email address with a new temporary password. Follow the instructions given on the email to enter the site again.
If you have lost the email (or did not receive it) then go to the Sign In page and try to sign in without entering a password, a new temporary password will be emailed to you again.
#Q#Can I change my Time Zone?
Your time zone is synchronised to your computer’s system clock. However, this means that if, for example, the system clock is set to GMT but you move to Helsinki it will not have any effect unless the system clock is updated. Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer all recognise the change immediately. However, Opera and Safari only read the computer’s system clock when they are started. Therefore, changing the computer’s time or time zone has no effect within these browsers until they are closed and restarted.
#Q#Which Browser should I use for the Icephorm Site?
This site has been tested to work with the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 9, Internet Explorer 10, Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera. In order to get the maximum functionality out of Icephorm we would recommend that you use one of these browsers.
#Q#How do I Sign In to my Account? – Business Account
Click on the Sign In tab at the top left-hand side of the home page. Sign in by using your chosen username and password. If you have more than one manager attached to your account, after inputting your username please select your ‘manager’ name from the drop-down menu and then input your password. After this press ‘Sign In’.

Click on the Sign In link at the top left-hand side of the home page. Sign in by using your chosen username and password.
#Q#Are the items on Icephorm new or used?
All items sold on Icephorm Collection site are brand new with original tags and packaging. Icephorm Pre-Loved Collection is a platform for individual users to list their pre-owned items up for sale. These items may not have their original packaging or tags but are suitable for sale.
#Q#Why does each item have its own seller?
Icephorm is a marketplace made up of many individual sellers who maintain their own item listings. We hand select every seller in order to create the very best community of sellers possible and maintain the highest level of integrity
#Q#What payment methods does Icephorm accept?
All payments on Icephorm are processed via Stripe. Stripe is a payment processor, which means they support the electronic transfer of money from a buyer’s bank into a seller’s bank. When a buyer pays their order by credit card on Icephorm the payment service is provided by Stripe. Stripe allows Icephorm’s customers a safe and easy way to pay.
#Q#Is my personal information kept private?
We guarantee all personal data will be kept private and confidential. We will never give out any of your personal data without your authorisation.
#Q#Which currencies can I buy in?
Sellers list their item in their preferred currency but the buyer can buy the product in their own (chosen) currency. If the buyer’s currency is different from the seller’s then it is shown as an estimated price next to the sellers chosen currency.
#Q#Can Business User purchase on Icephorm?
If you are a business seller on Icephorm you will need to register as a private user in order to purchase products on Icephorm. However, a business seller can still view the site the same way as a buyer but actions such as ‘add to bag’ will be greyed out. Furthermore, by changing their region settings, the seller can view the site as a buyer would from a different location.
